(The start of English versions!!=))

Mirar lo que os traigo hoy!!!!
Mirad, mirad... y sobretodo disfrutad!!! :)

Además quedaron monísimos,no??

Y listo!!
Ya sólo nos falta decorarlos como queramos!!!

ENGLISH VERSION
As I saw that some of you read me from different parts of the world I have decided to introduce in every post the English version so you can understand the recipe better!!
I hope is it useful for you!!! And that you enjoy reading it!!!

YOGURT CUPCAKES WITH MILK CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM
Ingredients (For exactly 12 cupcakes)
For the cupcakes
  • 150 gr of flour
  • 100 gr of unsalted butter
  • 125 gr of sugar
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon baking powder
For the milk chocolate buttercream:
  • 88 gr of milk chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 125 gr of butter at room temperature
  • 125 gr of icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
We start as always preparing our 12 paper liners and preheating the oven at 180 ºC.
First, sieve the flour and baking powder, put in a bowl and reserve it. Then, we beat the butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar and when all it's well integrated we add the eggs one by one and mix everything well. Then add the yogurt and the flour (with the baking powder), and beat  until a homogeneous mass it's formed.

Once we have the mass, we fill 3/4 parts of the paper liners and we put the cupcakes in the oven for about 20-22 minutes at 180ºC.
To check if the cupcakes are done you can sink a toothpick into a cupcake and if it comes out clean, it means that the cupcakes are made.

**RECOMMENDATIONS: To fill the cupcakes you can use a  ice cream scoop.
For the oven: put the mold on the grill not on the baking sheet because it can scorch the mold and I only turn on the under part of the oven but if you want them to be toasted you can turn on (when the cupcakes are made and only for a few minutes, constantly watching) the top part of the oven.

To make the buttercream: First, we take and what we melt chocolate in the microwave and keep it. Second, we take the butter and beat it with the icing sugar, remember it is important that the butter is at room temperature and remember to cover the bowl with a towel if you don't want to make a mess!

Finally,we add the melted chocolate and vanilla sugar and if we want to the tablespoon of milk and the buttercream is ready to be used!!!
Take a pastry bag and you can decorate them!!
