Ei!!!
¿¿Como va??
Estos días como podéis ver estoy teniendo un montón de tiempo para cocinar y como estamos teniendo un montón de planes y celebraciones, estoy teniendo la suerte de poder cocinar millones de recetas!!!
Bueno, aquí os pongo otra de galletas!!!
Son unas galletas clásicas, muy sencillas y rápidas de hacer así que impresionareis a cualquiera con bien poco!!!!
La receta original de las galletas no llevaba azúcar vainillado pero yo les puse para que tuvieran más sabor!!! Sino estarían un poco sosas pero hacerlas como más os gusten!!! :)

GALLETAS CASERAS
Ingredientes (Receta de Maite's Sweet Food) (Para unas 20 galletas)
- 250 gr de harina
- 85 gr de mantequilla
- 85 gr de azúcar
- 1 huevo
- 85 ml de leche
- 2 cucharaditas de azúcar vainillado
- 4 gr de levadura en polvo (medio sobre)
Conservamos la masa envuelta en film en la nevera durante una hora.
Pasado ese tiempo, precalentamos el horno a 175ºC y sacamos la masa de la nevera y la extendemos en una superficie plana espolvoreada previamente con harina y con la ayuda de un rodillo vamos trabajando la masa hasta conseguir el grosor que queremos para las galletas y a continuación con la ayuda de unos corta pastas hacemos la forma de las galletas.
Para finalizar, las ponemos en el horno a 175ºC durante 15 minutos y listo!!
Una recomendación para los más golosos, están deliciosas con nocilla!! jajaja ;)

And as we are having some celebrations and plans with friends I am having lots of perfect excuses to bake all time and lots of different things!!!!!

Today, I am bringing you some home-made cookies they are a really simply and easy ones!! You will make them really quickly and they are really good so everyone will love them!!! For sure!!!
The initial recipe didn't have vanilla sugar but I put them because I wanted them to have more taste but do it as you prefer!!! :)

HOME-MADE COOKIES
Then, we add slowly the milk and we keep the dough with plastic wrap in the fridge for an hour.
Once the hour has finished we preheat the oven to 175ºC and we take the dough from the fridge.
We take it and work it over a flat surface with the help of some more flour and the rolling pin we give shape and thickness to the cookies.
Once we have all the cookies we put the un the oven to 175ºC for about 15 minutes.
After that time, they are ready to be eaten!!
